1. Service Scope and Deliverables

Welcome to Shot2Ad ("Service", "Platform", "we", or "us"). Shot2Ad is an AI platform designed for e-commerce merchants, brands, and marketing teams to produce high-impact static product ads and lifestyle scenes from product photographs.

By uploading product images, choosing curated commercial styles, and specifying design prompts, users generate commercial static images suitable for marketplace listings, ad campaigns, social carousels, and storefront detail pages.

Deliverables Specification: The final outputs delivered by Shot2Ad are flattened, high-resolution bitmap image files (including WebP, PNG, or JPG formats). Shot2Ad does not provide, nor does it support exporting, layered PSD, vector files, or raw design source projects.

2. User Accounts and Security

Accessing certain features of the Service requires creating an account via email verification or supported authentication providers.

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information and be at least 18 years old or legally authorized to enter into binding agreements.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, API keys, and session access. All activities conducted under your account are deemed authorized by you.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access or security breaches, please contact us immediately.

3. Billing, Subscriptions, and Credit Packs

Shot2Ad uses a credit-based metering system to allocate computational generation resources.

  • Subscription Plans: Billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, allocating a fixed quota of generation credits at the start of each billing cycle. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of the billing cycle and do not roll over to subsequent cycles unless expressly stated in an enterprise agreement.
  • Credit Packs (Top-ups): One-time packs purchased on demand. Credits purchased via Credit Packs never expire. When generating images, the system automatically draws from expiring subscription credits first before deducting from non-expiring credit packs.
  • Cancellation and Renewal: You may cancel recurring auto-renewal at any time through your account portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle; your features and remaining credits remain active through that end date, with no prorated cash refunds for the balance of the current cycle.

4. Generation Mechanism, Failure Refunds, and Regeneration

  • Credit Deduction: Submitting a generation job deducts credits according to your chosen batch size, resolution, and model execution pipeline.
  • Failure Refund Guarantee: If a job fails completely or yields no usable output due to platform outages, pipeline timeouts, or upstream inference infrastructure failures, the deducted credits are automatically credited back to your balance.
  • Aesthetic Satisfaction Disclaimer: AI image generation is inherently probabilistic and artistic. Provided the platform successfully outputs imagery matching your inputs and product identity, Shot2Ad does not issue refunds based on subjective personal tastes or marketing performance outcomes.
  • Regeneration: Refining prompts, adjusting lighting, or requesting candidate variations constitutes a new computing request and deducts standard credits accordingly.

5. User Uploads and Commercial Intellectual Property Rights

  • User Materials Warranty: You represent and warrant that you own or hold all necessary licenses, copyrights, trademarks, and commercial rights for all product photos, logos, brand marks, and ad copy uploaded to the Service.
  • Commercial Usage Rights: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Shot2Ad grants paid users full commercial usage rights to final images generated with their authorized product assets (including marketplace product listings, Meta/TikTok paid advertising, digital collateral, and print media).
  • Asset Privacy and Protection: Shot2Ad processes your uploaded product assets and generation requests solely for executing generation jobs, rendering your studio history, technical troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. We will never sell, publish, or feed your private product assets into public open-source training corpuses without explicit authorization.

6. Prohibited Activities

When using Shot2Ad, you agree not to:

  • Upload or generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, violent, infringing, obscene, or abusive;
  • Misappropriate third-party registered trademarks or fabricate fraudulent brand endorsements;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, overload, or bypass security barriers of our edge infrastructure and API endpoints;
  • Resell or re-package platform model access as a standalone derivative competing service without written agreement.

Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of credits, and applicable legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Shot2Ad is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
  • We are not liable for transient downtime caused by global cloud network disruptions or upstream inference providers beyond our control.
  • Under no circumstances will Shot2Ad be liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or goodwill). Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Shot2Ad in the three (3) months preceding the incident.

8. Changes to Terms and Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms to reflect service improvements, security requirements, or legal changes.

Updated terms become effective upon posting to this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Dispute Resolution and Contact

These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith informal consultation.
